VIKING SAUNA CEREMONY

Take part in a Viking Sauna Ceremony led by sauna master Dan Kukushkin in an authentic smoke sauna. Step into an authentic Viking village where master sauna ceremonist Mr. Kukushkin guides you through traditional smoke sauna rituals built on ancestral techniques.
The ceremony blends primal elements as Dan, creator of the SAUNA TEMPLE concept, leads participants using hand-crafted birch, oak, and juniper whisks harvested by lunar calendars, accompanied by thunderous drumming and Nordic chants.
Between heat sessions, guests plunge into the ice-cold river where Vikings once performed sacred cleansings, while wild forest animals observe from the surrounding wilderness.
Dan's approach, featured in his upcoming book "The Sauna Temple Soul", combines his expertise as an athlete and coach with ancient Viking wisdom to awaken natural strength and restore body-mind balance in the middle of authentic Viking remnants and mystical Nordic tradition.
The experience encompasses a 3-hour sauna session that incorporates fermented birch sap, a chaga tea ceremony, a hot jacuzzi, an ice-cold river, guided sessions, special whisks, and a sauna ceremony.
